Placements24 is seeking a Coordinador de Programas de Atención a Migrantes y Refugiados to lead programs supporting migrants and refugees in Puebla, Mexico. You will ensure access to legal aid, housing, healthcare, and psychosocial support while coordinating staff and partners.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in humanitarian contexts, strong leadership, and knowledge of international refugee law. Fluency in Spanish is essential; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Social Work, Law, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in humanitarian aid, refugee assistance, migration management, or social work with at least 2 years in coordination/management.
• Proven experience with vulnerable populations, migrants and refugees.
• Strong knowledge of international refugee law, human rights, and humanitarian principles.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Fluency in Spanish; English or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities
