About the Role

Our client, a critical support organization for survivors of domestic violence, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Coordinador de Atención a Víctimas de Violencia Doméstica. This hybrid role, based in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, MX , is essential for coordinating comprehensive services and support for individuals and families affected by intimate partner violence. You will lead a team dedicated to providing a safe haven, counseling, legal advocacy, and resource navigation for survivors. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of trauma-informed care, domestic violence dynamics, and the social/legal systems impacting survivors. Your role will involve both direct client support coordination and strategic development to enhance service delivery. You will work to empower survivors, promote their safety and healing, and advocate for systemic change to address domestic violence within the community.
