The Anglo Foundation in Naucalpan, State of Mexico, seeks an Academic Coordinator to foster a positive learning experience by monitoring and enhancing teachers' quality, and ensuring high-quality service that supports student re-enrollment and the foundation's mission.

Key responsibilities include faculty management, supervision of teaching quality, student monitoring and retention, and coordinating academic and administrative incidents to maintain continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching or related field.
• Two years of experience as Academic Coordinator or in a similar role and five years of experience teaching English.

Responsabilidades

• Faculty Management and Development: Participate in the selection process, onboarding, and continuous professional development of faculty members, managing learning pathways aligned with institutional standards.
• Academic Supervision: Monitor faculty performance through classroom observations, review of lesson plans, and individual and group feedback sessions.
• Student Monitoring and Retention: Identify and intervene promptly with students or groups at academic risk through the analysis of progress reports and attendance tracking.
• Operational Planning and Control: Ensure operational continuity through schedule development, faculty assignment, and the comprehensive management of academic and administrative incidents.
• Quality Assurance: Analyze student experience data and quality reports to design and implement continuous improvement action plans.

Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching or related field

The Anglo Foundation We are currently seeking our next Academic Coordinator in Naucalpan, State of Mexico. Objective: Foster a positive learning experience for students through the monitoring and continuous enhancement of teachers' academic quality, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality service. All of this is aimed at promoting student re-enrollment and contributing to the achievement of the Foundation's mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching or a related field.
• Two years of experience as an Academic Coordinator or in a similar role and five years of experience teaching English (mandatory).
• Advanced English proficiency at the C1 or C2 level (mandatory), preferably supported by a Cambridge English certification.
• Hold a certification in English language teaching methodology (mandatory).
• Experience as a Teacher Trainer (preferred).
