Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Recreation Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years planning and coordinating programs for children.
• Ability to develop engaging, age-appropriate activities for preschoolers.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of child safety regulations and best practices.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic and organized Coordinador/a de Actividades Extracurriculares para Preescolar to enrich the learning experience of young children in Zapopan, Jalisco . This role focuses on planning, organizing, and overseeing a variety of engaging after-school and weekend activities designed to foster creativity, physical development, and social skills. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, possesses strong leadership qualities, and has a genuine passion for working with young children. You will be responsible for developing a diverse program of activities, managing schedules, coordinating instructors, and ensuring a safe and fun environment for all participants. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a diverse schedule of extracurricular activities for preschool-aged children (e.g., arts and crafts, sports, music, drama, STEM).
• Source and coordinate with qualified instructors and external facilitators for specialized activities.
• Ensure a safe and supervised environment for all children participating in extracurricular programs.
• Manage program logistics, including registration, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding program details, schedules, and their child's participation.
• Oversee the budget for extracurricular activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

Requirements
