Hutchinson Autopartes De Mexico SA.DE CV recherche un ingénieur électrique pour concevoir des contrôles et des systèmes automatisés. Vous travaillerez sur la conception des schémas, l'agencement des panneaux et le choix des composants, tout en rédigeant les programmes PLC et robot et en assurant la documentation technique.

Le poste exige 4 à 7 ans d'expérience et un diplôme en génie électrique, avec supervision des installations et formation du personnel.

Formación

• Diplôme d'ingénierie électrique requis.
• Expérience de 4 à 7 ans dans le domaine.
• Connaissances en automatisation et contrôle industriel souhaitées.

Responsabilidades

• Conception des contrôles électriques et des schémas, disposition des panneaux.
• Rédaction des programmes PLC et robots, documentation des schémas et des programmes.
• Superviser la construction et l'installation électriques.
• Assurer le respect des spécifications Hutchinson et des exigences sécurité.
• Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des équipements pour l'efficacité et la réduction des coûts.
• Former sur le fonctionnement et les entretiens des nouvelles installations.
• Autres tâches selon les besoins.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must wear required personal protective equipment.
• Work in a safe manner and maintain safe work area.
• Reports on all potentially unsafe conditions.

Design of Electrical Controls - including: design of schematics, layout of panels, selection and ordering of associated components, writing PLC programs and robot programs, documentation of controls - schematics and programs, and overseeing electrical build and installation.

Overseeing all control related issues relevant to process equipment being built by outside contractors.

Responsibilities would include ensuring adherence to Hutchinson design specifications and requirements with primary focus on: machine controls, efficiency, reliability, maintenance requirements and preventive maintenance, personnel and machine safety, and conformance to Requirements from Vendors document.

Assist with evaluation and improvement of existing or future equipment where machine control modifications are necessary to overall efficiency and cost reduction.Primary responsibilities focuses on engineering required control modifications as well as overseeing that changes are completed accurately and on time including being available in crisis situations.

Assist Maintenance with analysis and repair of more difficult or problematic equipment failures including being available in crisis situations.

Provide training in regard to machine operation and maintenance requirements for all new equipment.

Other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge and practice of all applicable Hutchinson’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures and requirements.
• Since it is impossible to foresee every situation in production needs, you may be assigned responsibilities outside the scope of the job description to meet production needs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; and four to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
