Where You'll Make a Difference

• Draft, review, and revise global supplier contracts, ensuring clarity and compliance.
• Negotiate terms with vendors to secure favorable and risk-mitigated agreements.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement teams throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment with internal policies, procedures, and strategic goals.
• Identify and address contractual risks, proposing mitigation strategies.
• Maintain consistency by leveraging company-approved templates.
• Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders on supplier contract matters.
• Monitor contract timelines, renewals, and terminations to ensure continuity.
• Support compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate standards.

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• +4 years of experience in contract management, legal, or procurement roles.
• Solid understanding of contract law and legal principles.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in contract management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

How You Will Stand Out

• Experience or knowledge in procurement processes, with a problem‑solving mindset and the ability to navigate vendor relationships effectively.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Previous experience working in a Shared Services environment, ideally supporting international stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
