The Role

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Contract Recruiters to support high-priority hiring needs across our Sales and Engineering teams. This is a short-term assignment designed to accelerate talent acquisition efforts during a critical growth phase. The ideal candidate will bring deep sourcing expertise, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record in recruiting for technical and commercial roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Engineering roles, including intake calls, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Leverage ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and niche platforms to identify top talent.
  • Conduct structured interviews and behavioral assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate weekly hiring reports.
  • Collaborate with external search partners when needed and manage vendor relationships.
  • Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Sales and/or Engineering roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical hiring (software, hardware, product, engineering) and commercial profiles (account executives, sales engineers, SDRs).
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with behavioral interviewing and technical assessment tools (e.g., Codility, UCAT).
  • Experience in high-growth or matrixed environments.
  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance in recruiting.
