Dana Incorporated in Toluca, Mexico is seeking a Content Analyst to support digital product data collection and management across catalogs. You will curate, store and share content data, and generate customer-ready reports and files.

You will collaborate with the content team on data investigations, apply industry standards ACES & PIES basics, and help improve data processes for speed, quality and efficiency. Proficiency in English and MS Office is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Proficient in English.
• 2-3 years in data management preferred; Automotive Aftermarket experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Curate, store, measure, and share content data to customers as directed.
• Measuring and reporting on content data completeness and accuracy, as requested.
• Create customer files and reports of product and application data.
• Curate product data (attributes) using Dana systems and data management tools.
• Ensure curated data is collected and stored in customer accepted standards/formats.
• Adhere to distribution schedules for product information and data timelines.
• Receive publication requests and analyze requirements.
• Respond to audits and data rejections in a timely manner.
• Help improve efficiency of business processes to enhance speed and quality.
• Understand basics of ACES & PIES standards.
• Support application gap reporting on key categories.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Job Purpose

The Content Analyst is responsible for activities related to digital product data collection and management. The Content Analyst provides catalog support related for digital content, content data requirements and data management. They will support the content team with project tasks, data investigation and problem solving, and providing data services to Dana customers.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Content Analyst will curate, store, measure, and share content data to all customers as directed
• Measuring and reporting on content data completeness and accuracy, as requested
• Creating customer files and reports of product and application data
• Curate product data (attributes) from Dana systems and resources using engineering drawings and other data management systems.
• Ensure curated data is collected and stored in customer accepted standards / formats
• Adhere to distribution schedules for product information and application data in conjunction with established timelines
• Receive publication requests from company and customer personnel; analyze requests to determine requirements
• Ensure that customer product information and application data audits and file rejections are responded to in a timely manner
• Help to improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output
• Understand basics of the industry standards ACES & PIES
• Support application gap reporting on key categories
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Education And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
• Proficient in English
• 2-3 years in the data management preferred - Automotive Aftermarket experience preferred

Skills

• Proficient technical skills in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Proficient working knowledge of PIM or relational database systems
• Ability to absorb, organize and analyze large amounts of information with the ability to extract key data
• Excellent communication and organization skills
