Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement and Lean Management Consultant to help client organizations implement Lean principles in the San Luis Potosí region. You will identify waste, streamline processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across functions.

The role requires 3–5 years in CI/Lean, strong problem-solving, and the ability to coach teams. Hybrid work with travel to client sites in and around San Luis Potosí.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing/operations, or process optimization roles.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies (Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke).
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate change management initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring teams through improvement processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics tracking.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model with travel to client sites in and around San Luis Potosí.

Responsibilities

• Assess current operational processes and identify opportunities for Lean implementation.
• Facilitate Lean workshops, including value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen events, and root cause analysis.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste, improve workflow, and enhance productivity.
• Train and coach client personnel on Lean principles and continuous improvement tools.
• Support the implementation of change initiatives, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and adoption.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure the impact of improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and effective solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and progress.
