Placements24 is seeking a knowledgeable Consultor de Seguros para Viajes y Turismo for a fully remote role. You will guide clients on travel insurance options for international trips, including medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost luggage.

The position emphasizes strong communication, travel enthusiasm, and independent work in a fast-paced remote environment. You will build relationships with travel agencies and operators, meet sales targets, and provide post-sale support.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or customer service, preferably in travel or tourism.
• Knowledge of travel insurance products (emergency medical, trip cancellation, lost luggage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests.
• Proficiency with online sales platforms and CRM systems.
• Passion for travel and understanding of global travel trends.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma required; further education or certifications in insurance or tourism are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on travel insurance options based on plans and risk profiles.
• Explain policy details, coverage, exclusions, and limitations clearly.
• Assist clients in selecting plans for business, leisure, and adventure travel.
• Process applications and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
• Handle inquiries about coverage, claims, and changes to policies.
