The role

Full-cycle, inbound-led role: Own discovery calls, scope needs, close deals, keep the pipeline clean, and hand over smoothly to onboarding. You’ll work mainly in the Americas, with some UK/UAE coverage on early starts.

  • Remote in Latin America
  • Early starts as needed (9-hour day)
You (must-haves)
  • C1 English (confident on Google Meet; near-neutral accent)
  • Nutrition or Personal Training background (cert or degree)
  • 2+ years full-cycle closing to US/UK markets
  • Serious CRM hygiene
What you'll do
  • Work inbound leads; book, run and close calls
  • Rescue no-shows; keep deals moving to a decision
  • Send proposals within 24 hours; clean handover to onboarding
  • Keep the CRM spotless; revive dormant opportunities; ask for referrals
Compensation (USD)
  • Base: $1,500/month
  • Per-deal commission paid on client commitment
  • Placement bonus
  • Ramp guarantee in the first two months
  • OTE at target: $5k–$7k+/month
