Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Mexico is seeking a senior CX&BPI Consultant to drive transformation, governance and KPI design in a hybrid, office-based role. You will solve complex problems, build business cases and lead cross-functional programs.

You will engage senior leaders, manage stakeholders, and deliver measurable improvements across the CX and BPI functions while supporting organizational change.

Formación

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience leading transformation/improvement programs with governance, KPI measurement and senior stakeholder management.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.

What You’ll Do

As a senior CX&BPI Consultant, you will be solving HPE Operations’ toughest problems, driving strategic transformation, improvement and experience programs, and delivering strategic innovation for the organization. This can include performing diagnostics to understand problems, applying problem solving methodologies, creating business cases for solutions, defining and establishing program structure and governance frameworks, establishing KPI measurement, benchmarking, executive steering committee or QBRs, stakeholder management, financial management, change management etc.

What You Need To Bring
  • Facilitate the definition of business/operations strategy for a focused program or diagnostic, by engaging and influencing senior leaders
  • Lead cross-functional transformation projects defining opportunities, building solutions, implementing solutions across different teams
  • Apply frameworks and best practices to evaluate the transformation program’s readiness to launch, develops action plans, leads program mobilization efforts, and provides advisory and program management services throughout the life of the program
  • Evaluate and analyze data to support business strategy/operations improvements
  • Re-engineer processes to improve delivery, reduce complexity, reduce waste and incorporate accountability to sustain the change
  • Define and execute change management initiatives in support of strategy and process changes to include stakeholder assessments and communications
  • Foster organization wide collaboration in solving problems
  • Engage and work with senior stakeholders
Required
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent or Relevant experience leading cross-functional, strategic or transformation projects.
  • Experience leading transformation/improvement programs; define and establish program structure and governance frameworks, business case management, KPI measurement, benchmarking, lead executive steering committee or QBR, stakeholder management, financial management, problem solving
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
Preferred
  • Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification
  • Lean Six Sigma or equivalent improvement framework
  • Change management experience
  • Management Consulting experience
  • Advanced facilitation skills
  • Previous experience in the technology industry

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
