• Experience with construction safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks for industrial construction in Mexico.
• Familiarity with NOM and RCC/DMX guidelines is a plus.

• Review architectural, civil, structural, and electrical plans and specs.
• Oversee contractor governance and site-access controls.
• Ensure compliance with labor, safety, environmental laws and permits across projects.
• Provide guidance on facility integrity and risk mitigation.
