Sandoz is seeking a Manager, Congress Operations & Events Excellence to lead the operational execution of meetings, congresses and events across the organization, aligning strategy with on-site delivery while ensuring compliance, financial stewardship and stakeholder satisfaction.

You will partner with Compliance, Legal and Procurement, supervise a team of event professionals, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and drive standardized processes to support our business objectives in the US

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years in meeting planning, congress management, event ops or related functions.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing vendor relationships.
• Strong project management and financial acumen, pharma compliance knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor planning timelines, event milestones and operational readiness for all events.
• Provide on-site support for top customer engagement congresses in the US.
• Reinforce standardized operating procedures to drive consistency and excellence.
• Oversee a team of Meeting, Congress & Event professionals, providing coaching and training.
• Ensure meetings and events comply with policies, regulations and governance.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal and Procurement to maintain policy adherence.
• Foster accountability, customer focus, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Monitor event budgets, purchase orders, invoices and expense reconciliation.
