Job summary

Hilton in Mexico is seeking a friendly Concierge to deliver memorable guest experiences at the front desk and beyond.

You will respond to inquiries, arrange dining, transport, events, and local attractions, and ensure VIP guests receive seamless service while maintaining a warm hospitality mindset.

This role requires flexible hours, good English, knowledge of local attractions, and familiarity with PMS systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in concierge or guest service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for exceptional guest service.
• In-depth knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS and concierge software preferred.

As a Concierge, you don't just perform the daily operations of the concierge desk - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Offer recommendations: Provide information and handle arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions
• Coordinate special services: Arrange for medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest needs
• Support VIP guests: Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high-priority guests
• Promote hotel offerings: Share marketing materials and encourage use of hotel services and programs
