Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Components Engineer II for the Juarez Independencia Plant. You will coordinate with suppliers to ensure uninterrupted component flow for assembly operations, meeting instrument, quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

The role requires a B.S. in Engineering and 2–4 years of related experience, with bilingual English/Spanish communication and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Formación

• B.S. Engineering degree is required.
• 2–4 years related experience or equivalent knowledge to perform responsibilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Complete technical projects with suppliers to improve process capacity and capability.
• Determine tooling and spare requirements to maintain component supply.
• Provide technical support for changes/ improvements in supplier processes.
• Ensure supplier tooling validation per component approval procedures.
• Manage ETQ database for NCs and CAPAs.
