A leading pharmaceutical company in Jalisco seeks a team member to support reward solutions and project teams. Responsibilities include data analysis, compensation validation, and preparing reports. Essential skills include experience with analytical tools and knowledge of reward processes. The role promotes a flexible work environment and values diversity and inclusion.
Supports with total reward insight and guidance to the business, working as part of a team to provide support across different initiatives and specific areas of specialty. Works closely with colleagues across the business to provide support for reward solutions which assist business delivery. Work can include validating compensation data and reconciling audit reports. There is also an element of delivery for all annual reward activities. Supports ongoing implementation and embedding of all global reward programmes (both cyclical and change) as well as the provision of total reward education across the business units.
