Corning Incorporated is seeking a Digital Community Engagement Specialist to strengthen its digital presence by engaging with online audiences and supporting content activation across social platforms.

You will contribute to creating visual and multimedia materials, manage community interactions, and collaborate with the communications team to ensure timely and engaging content publication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Digital Media, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in community management, social media, digital content creation, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok).
• Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar.
• Basic video editing skills with CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar.
• Strong written and visual communication skills with creativity and attention to detail.
• English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Create engaging visual content such as graphics, images, and short-form videos aligned with brand guidelines for various platforms.

What is your role?

As a Digital Community Engagement Specialist, you will help strengthen the company’s digital presence by engaging with online audiences, supporting content activation, and contributing to the creation of visual and multimedia materials. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity, responsiveness, and attention to detail to build positive brand experiences across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor social media platforms and digital communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Create engaging visual content such as graphics, images, and short-form videos aligned with brand guidelines and adapted to different platforms.
• Support content scheduling and publication in coordination with the communications team.
• Track engagement metrics, monitor audience sentiment, and identify potential reputational risks for timely escalation.

Experiences/Education - Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in community management, social media, digital content creation, or related areas, including internships or academic projects.
• Hands‑on experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Strong graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms.
• Basic video editing skills with tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar.
• Strong written and visual communication skills, with creativity and attention to detail.
• English proficiency.
