PHINIA Inc. is seeking a Communications & Employee Engagement professional for the Chihuahua site. You will design and execute internal communications, drive engagement programs, and support organizational development and culture initiatives across the site.

The role partners with HR leadership and business stakeholders to enhance the employee experience. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in communications or OD, advanced English, and strong content creation abilities.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Public Relations, Organizational Development, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, employee engagement, organizational development, human resources, or a related area.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Experience creating professional communication materials and presentations.
  • Proficiency using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating organizational development or culture initiatives.
  • Experience supporting regional or global programs.
  • Experience with digital communication platforms and multimedia content creation.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop internal communication plans and campaigns.
  • Create materials: presentations, newsletters, videos, and visuals.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across channels.
  • Support leadership communications and site-wide initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in culture initiatives and recognition programs.
  • Support training and development programs.
  • Coordinate participation in community and corporate programs.
  • Maintain training records and stakeholder relationships.

JOB PURPOSE

Provide support for employee communications, staff engagement, organizational development initiatives, workplace culture, and employee experience programs at the Chihuahua site. This role collaborates closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to develop communication strategies, foster employee engagement, coordinate culture initiatives, support organizational development efforts, and strengthen the overall employee experience. The position requires a highly creative, organized, and proactive professional capable of managing multiple priorities while building strong relationships across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communications
  • Develop and execute internal communication plans and campaigns.
  • Create communication materials including presentations, announcements, newsletters, digital content, videos, and visual assets.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across employee communication channels.
  • Support leadership communications and site-wide communication initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events throughout the year.
  • Support employee recognition and culture-building programs.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of site celebrations, initiatives, and special events.
  • Promote participation in company-wide programs and activities.
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen employee experience and workplace culture.
Organizational Development
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Support talent development and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Assist with employee development programs and learning activities.
  • Support change management and communication efforts associated with organizational initiatives.
  • Maintain training and development records as required.
Community & Corporate Programs
  • Coordinate participation in community relations, wellness, volunteer, and corporate responsibility initiatives.
  • Serve as site representative for selected regional or global programs.
  • Support implementation of corporate initiatives at the local level.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to drive participation and engagement.
Qualifications
  • Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Public Relations, Organizational Development, Marketing, or a related field.
