This position provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to join SolarEdge’s North American Commercial Sales Team and have a major part in leading the company’s sales efforts in the commercial and industrial segment of the solar industry, through direct and channel sales.

Location: Remote, located within Mexico

Duties and Responsibilities

As Commercial Sales Manager for the LATAM region, you'll:

  • Lead Regional Strategy:Direct SolarEdge's commercial and industrial growth across the LATAM Market
  • Drive Revenue Growth:Develop and execute sales strategies that expand our market share and increase adoption of our complete technology ecosystem
  • Manage Strategic Accounts:Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients across manufacturing, agriculture, retail, REITs, education, and healthcare sectors
  • Optimize Channel Performance:Coordinate sales activities through EPCs, developers, and distribution partners while developing direct relationships with key decision-makers
  • Provide Market Intelligence:Deliver actionable insights on regional market trends, competitive positioning, and customer requirements to inform product and strategy decisions
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally:Work with engineering, product management, and executive leadership to align our offerings with market demands
Job Requirements

The ideal candidate brings:

  • 7+ years of proven success in technical B2B sales management, particularly with complex engineered solutions
  • Experience navigating multiple channels to market including distribution, EPCs, project developers, and end users
  • Demonstrated ability to close significant commercial deals and exceed revenue targets consistently
  • Technical understanding of commercial solar PV systems and energy infrastructure
  • Bachelor's degree required; technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Track record of building and maintaining productive client relationships at multiple organizational levels
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles and financial justification of capital investments
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
