Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability management experience.
• Experience partnering with commercial and sales teams to drive performance.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning processes for commercial activities.
• Prepare and analyze profitability reports by product line, customer, channel, and region.
• Partner with sales and marketing to evaluate pricing actions and promotions.
• Monitor revenue, gross margin, and operating performance metrics; identify trends.
• Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast; communicate findings to leadership.
• Coordinate with supply chain, operations, and plant finance to align commercial and operational plans.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting related to commercial performance.
• Support internal controls and financial reporting requirements.
• Assist with business case development and ad hoc financial projects.
• Provide guidance to junior analysts and help prioritize team deliverables.
