HP, Inc. is seeking a Finance professional to apply intermediate subject matter knowledge to resolve customer payment issues. You will study claims, determine communication methods, and work with internal HP partners to drive timely resolution and payment.

The role emphasizes analyzing trends, negotiating settlements, and recommending account strategies to prevent delinquencies, while following established policies and HP procedures in a collaborative team setting.

Formación

• First level university degree with a focus in business or economics recommended or equivalent experience.
• Typically, 2-4 years of experience in collection, accounts payable, or logistics.
• Intermediate knowledge of HP order and dispute management processes is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes and researches customer's claims and deductions and determines the type of communication method to facilitate payment or resolution.
• Resolves disputes related to customer payment on delinquent accounts and negotiates and ensures payment from customer.
• Recognizes trends for non- payment and resolves issues by engaging internal partners.
• Initiates the dispute resolution process with internal HP partners and follows issue and ensures resolution for HP and customer.
• Analyzes at-risk customers and recommends account strategies to prevent delinquencies.
