AMETEK Reynosa is seeking a CNC Machine Technician to join our Production team. You will operate CNC machinery, interpret blueprints and MS, monitor production processes, and ensure the quality of the final part.

The ideal candidate has experience with 4-axis and 5-axis equipment, uses precision measuring instruments, and can read process diagrams. Flexibility to work different schedules is required in this role within a high-precision manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Experience operating CNC machines and reading blueprints.
• Ability to interpret MS and process diagrams.
• Experience using precision measurement tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Flexible scheduling and willingness to work different shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Operate CNC machining processes according to work instructions, sheets, and blueprints.
• Inspect materials to ensure quality requirements.
• Monitor processes and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Investigate defects and propose improvements.
• Train new technicians on CNC techniques and procedures.
• Ensure work area compliance with PPS, WP, MS and reporting requirements.
