Job summary

Mubea busca un Programador CNC para desarrollo, mantenimiento y optimización de programas CNC y de corte por chorro en la fabricación de componentes aeroespaciales. Se requieren conocimientos en CAD/Mex, y habilidades para convertir especificaciones en programas listos para máquina.

El rol implica programar 3-, 4- y 5-ejes, creación de instrucciones de trabajo y estrategias de corte eficientes, con enfoque en precisión, rendimiento y reducción de tiempos de ciclo.

Qualifications

• Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica Técnica, Manufactura o relacionada.
• Experiencia de programación CNC: mínimo 5 años en entorno de manufactura.
• Experiencia en programación de CNC para tornos, fresadoras y/o corte por chorro.
• Experiencia en máquinas 3-, 4-, y 5-ejes.
• Conocimiento de Mastercam 2019 o superior.
• Conocimiento de DELCAM Powermill es una ventaja.
• Nivel de inglés avanzado.

Responsibilities

• Programar tornos y fresadoras CNC de 3-, 4- y 5-ejes y equipos de corte por chorro.
• Desarrollar y mantener programas de manufactura para componentes aeroespaciales.
• Programar geometrías complejas con tolerancias precisas y coste-efectivo.
• Crear programas de mecanizado, plan de herramientas y hojas de trabajo.
• Desarrollar estrategias de nesting y corte para maximizar rendimiento de material.
• Utilizar Vericut para validar programas y evitar colisiones.
• Seleccionar herramientas, avances, parámetros de corte y estrategias de mecanizado.
• Solucionar y modificar programas para mejorar productividad y rendimiento.

Resumen

The Programmer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing CNC and Waterjet programs used in the production of aerospace components. This role converts engineering drawings, CAD models, customer specifications, and manufacturing requirements into efficient, machine-ready programs for CNC milling, CNC turning, and waterjet cutting operations.

Tareas y responsabilidades

• Program 3-, 4-, and 5-Axis Vertical and Horizontal CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, and Waterjet cutting equipment using Mastercam 2019 or newer versions.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing programs for new and existing aerospace components.
• Program complex aerospace geometries to exact specifications in a cost-effective and manufacturable manner.
• Create CNC machining programs, waterjet cutting programs, setup sheets, tooling requirements, and work instructions.
• Develop efficient nesting and cutting strategies for waterjet operations to maximize material utilization and productivity.
• Utilize Vericut simulation software to validate CNC programs, identify potential collisions, and optimize machining processes prior to production.
• Select appropriate tooling, feeds, speeds, cutting parameters, cutter compensation, and machining strategies based on material and process requirements.
• Troubleshoot and modify existing programs to improve productivity, reduce cycle times, improve material yield, and eliminate manufacturing issues.

Estudios / Formación

• Bachelor´ s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing or related.
• Minimum 5 years of programming experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience programming CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, and/or Waterjet equipment.
• Experience programming 3-, 4-, and 5-Axis CNC machinery.
• Experience programming complex precision-machined components with tight tolerances.
• Advanced proficiency with Mastercam 2019 or newer versions.
• Experience with DELCAM Powermill software considered an asset.
• Advance English.
