ESAB Corporation in Hermosillo, Mexico seeks a Production Manager to ensure production volume, cost and quality targets are met and to organize material flows to achieve production goals.

You will monitor processes and staffing, implement schedules and methods, identify problems, and drive improvements while maintaining safety standards and compliance; lead and evaluate personnel to keep operations efficient.

• Implements and executes strategies within production operations.
• Maintains compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient operation.
• Directs subordinates on predetermined work assignments using established guidelines and policies.
• Supervises Support track employees and may perform similar work as their subordinates.

Job Description

Ensures production volume, cost and quality of production and production schedules are met. Organizes material flows and inventory to reach production targets. Constantly monitors production processes and staffing levels and implements production schedules, methods, and processes. Identifies problems and proposes solutions and/or improvements of the production process. Focuses on implementing and executing strategies within production operations. Maintains compliance with company policies and safety standards. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Receives assignments in the form objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals. Directs subordinates on predetermined work assignments which are completed using established guidelines, procedures and policies. Supervises Support track employees and may occasionally perform similar work as their subordinates.
