Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Mexico is seeking a skilled manufacturing technician to produce or repair parts, read drawings, and operate CNC machines in a service center setting. The role focuses on following procedures, ensuring quality, and timely processing of production orders.

You will contribute to continuous improvement, interpret technical drawings, and interact with customers to resolve inquiries and complaints when needed, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Formal training or relevant work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Produces or repairs a product.
• Follows procedures for machining, assembling, repairing and operating manufacturing equipment to shape parts.
• Ensures the quality of manufactured components.
• Processes production orders on time.
• Contributes to continuous improvement of the workplace and processes.
• Reads and interprets drawings.
• Reads and edits preprogrammed machines, including CNC programming.
• In a service center, resolves customer inquiries and complaints by direct interaction with customers.
