• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience within a Methods/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering environment.
• Pursuit of continuous process improvement.
• Willingness for autonomous CNC maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Operate 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machines.
• Interpret 2D drawings of parts to be machined.
• Handle measuring tools (vernier, micrometer, indicators).
• Perform filling of reports and self-checking for quality.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance.

What are your contributions to the team?

• You will operate 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machines.
• You will have to interpret 2D drawings of parts to be machined (general tolerances, precision tolerances, adjustments and GD&T).
• You will handle measuring tools (vernier, micrometer, indicators).
• You will perform the correct filling of reports and self-checking for quality and production leaders.
• Execution of preventive and predictive maintenance.
• You will perform tool and tooling changes for CNC machining. Model changeover adjustments.
• You will reduce waste in production and transactional processes.
• You will support the basic training of new technical assistants.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

• You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience within a Methods/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering environment.
• You pursuit of continuous process improvement (poka-yokes implementation).
• You have willingness and attitude to the implementation of autonomous CNC maintenance.
• You hold the compliance with maintenance indicators.
• You have availability to rotate shifts.
