AgileEngine, LLC. is looking for a DevOps Engineer to maintain production and staging environments, migrate applications, and improve cloud infrastructure automation. Weekend migrations may be required as part of on-call and deployment windows.

You will monitor, triage, and resolve incidents, participate in an on-call rotation, and enhance observability, CI/CD, and IaC practices across Kubernetes-based workloads.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Production Operations.
• Demonstrable AWS EKS experience supporting production environments.
• Experience supporting production SaaS applications.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar).
• GitOps experience and strong Git fundamentals.
• Experience using GitHub, Jira, and Confluence in collaborative engineering environments.
• Kubernetes experience (EKS, kOps, or similar).
• Observability stack experience (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, PagerDuty).
• Scripting experience (Bash, Python, or Go).
• IaC experience (Terraform, Helm, or similar).
• Relational databases knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Migrate applications between environments; weekends often required.
• Monitor production and staging for high availability and performance.
• Respond to incidents, perform triage and root cause analysis.
• Participate in an on-call rotation with defined SLAs.
• Maintain monitoring, dashboards, logs, and observability.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, releases, and GitOps workflows.
• Contribute to automation and reduce operational toil.
• Maintain and improve Kubernetes-based infrastructure and containerized workloads.
