Medtronic ofrece oportunidades en Ciudad de México para profesionales con experiencia en entrenamiento en entornos hospitalarios. El puesto implica soporte a clínicas, colaboración con ventas y participación en eventos para promover soluciones médicas innovadoras.

Se requiere formación universitaria en ingeniería biomédica o enfermería, al menos 2 años de experiencia, y preferencia por inglés avanzado. Modelo híbrido con ubicación en Ciudad de México.

Formación

• Experiencia de al menos 2 años en entrenamiento y capacitación en hospitales.
• Experiencia dentro de quirófano es deseable.
• Se valorará nivel de inglés avanzado.

Responsabilidades

• Imparte formación y asesoramiento en sitio.
• Apoya al personal de campo para ofrecer servicios a clientes de Medtronic.
• Colabora con el departamento de ventas para desarrollar planes de ventas.
• Participa en convenciones y reuniones para promover productos.
• Trabaja con responsables clínicos para apoyar casos de clientes y ventas.
• Identifica oportunidades de crecimiento con el equipo de ventas y de asistencia clínica.

Responsibilities

• Imparte formación y/o asesoramiento en sitio.
• Apoya al personal de campo para ofrecer los mejores resultados y servicios posibles a los clientes de Medtronic.
• Colabora con los compañeros del departamento de ventas para desarrollar y ejecutar planes de ventas para una o varias unidades de negocio.
• Participa en convenciones, foros y reuniones para dar a conocer los productos.
• Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el responsable clínico, la dirección clínica y el equipo de ventas regional para ofrecer asistencia en casos de clientes y ventas.
• Identifica y facilita la ejecución de oportunidades de crecimiento con el equipo de ventas y de asistencia clínica.
• Actúa como recurso técnico para apoyar las ventas de un producto o solución médica específica.

Conocimientos y experiencia requeridos

• Carrera universitaria concluida en: Ingeniería Biomédica, Licenciatura en Enfermería o a carrera a fin
• Experiencia de al menos 2 años en entrenamiento & capacitación en Hospitales
• Experiencia dentro de quirófano
• Sera una ventaja contar con un nivel de inglés avanzado
