Medtronic busca un profesional para liderar educación y/o consultoría en entornos de salud, apoyando al personal de campo y colaborando estrechamente con equipos de ventas para desarrollar planes y mejorar el servicio a los clientes.

El candidato ideal debe contar con educación universitaria en enfermería o ingeniería biomédica, experiencia en quirófano y un nivel intermedio de inglés, con ubicación en Ciudad de México y un modelo de trabajo híbrido.

Formación

• Carrera universitaria concluida en enfermería, ingeniería biomédica o carreras afines.
• 2 años de experiencia trabajando en ambientes de salud, ofreciendo educación/entrenamiento a médicos especialistas.
• Experiencia dentro de quirófano y conocimiento de portafolios de dispositivos médicos.

Responsabilidades

• Llevar a cabo educación y/o consultoría en sitio.
• Apoyar al personal de campo para brindar el mejor servicio a los clientes de Medtronic.
• Colaborar con ventas para desarrollar y ejecutar planes en una o varias unidades de negocio.
• Participar en convenciones, foros y reuniones para aumentar el conocimiento del producto.
• Trabajar con el jefe clínico y el equipo de ventas para brindar asistencia en casos de clientes y ventas.
• Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento con el equipo de ventas y apoyo clínico.
• Servir como recurso técnico para apoyar las ventas de un producto médico específico o solución.

El puesto estará ubicado en Ciudad de Mexico en un modelo híbrido.

Responsabilidades

• Llevar a cabo educación y/o consultoría en sitio
• Apoyar al personal de campo para proporcionar el mejor resultado y servicio posible a los clientes de Medtronic
• Asociarse con colegas de ventas para desarrollar y ejecutar planes de ventas para dentro de una o más unidades de negocio
• Participar en convenciones, foros y reuniones para aumentar el conocimiento del producto
• Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el jefe clínico, la dirección clínica y el equipo de ventas regional para proporcionar asistencia en casos de clientes y ventas
• Identificar y facilitar la ejecución de oportunidades de crecimiento con el equipo de ventas y apoyo clínico.
• Servir como un recurso técnico para apoyar las ventas de un producto médico específico o solución

Conocimientos y experiencia requeridos

• Carrera universitaria concluida (título y cedula liberado) enfermería, ingeniería biomédica, carreras a fin.
• 2 años de experiencia trabajando ambientes de salud, proporcionando educación / entrenamiento a médicos especialistas
• Experiencia dentro de quirófano
• Sería una ventaja contar con conocimientos en portafolios de dispositivos médicos en Cráneo y espina
• Sería una ventaja contar con nivel intermedio de ingles
