Novartis is seeking a Clinical Research Medical Advisor (CRMA) to shape clinical trial strategy and drive operational excellence across Country/Cluster. You will partner with investigators and trial teams to deliver high-quality trials on time, while ensuring rigorous scientific and medical standards.

The role requires advanced scientific education and clinical development experience, with fluency in Spanish and English. Hybrid work in Mexico City is supported; relocation is not offered.

Formación

• Advanced degree in a scientific field; pharma or clinical experience preferred.
• 3 years of clinical development experience in pharma or clinical practice ideal.
• Fluency in Spanish & English required.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Validates study designs and decides on trial feasibility based on medical practice and market context.
• Contributes to start-up and site activation to ensure rapid trial initiation.
• Provides clinical/medical guidance to trial teams for IRB/EC interactions.
• Determines site/Country-specific content of the informed consent form as needed.
• Engages with external experts (Regulatory Authorities, Medical Experts, Advisory Boards).
• Drives patient recruitment strategies and addresses enrolment and data quality challenges.
• Collaborates across functions to deliver trials on schedule and in compliance.
