Citi in Mexico City is seeking an Institutional Client Management professional to support banking operations, provide reporting, and help drive client-centric service. You will coordinate with teams across the unit to ensure accurate analytics and timely responses for key clients.

The role emphasizes risk-aware decision making, strong communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, while contributing to process improvements and ensuring regulatory

Formación

• 1–4 years of experience in banking operations or related financial services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven track record of customer prioritization and service excellence.
• Intermediate English level or above, able to communicate clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced banking environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provies financial and management reporting, planning and analysis for a specific business unit, division or product.
• Support the Banking business overall or to multiple banking units.
• Follow established guidelines and identify and resolve problems.
• Contribute to workflow/process changes and understand product/process basics.
• Own regular reporting or process administration.
• May direct day-to-day work of junior staff, without formal management.
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies.
• Escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing support to the Banking business overall or to multiple banking business units.
• Responsible for following established guidelines and identifying and resolving problems.
• Contribute to work flow or process change and redesign, and to form a strong basic understanding of the specific product or process
• Accountable for regular reporting or process administration as owner.
• May direct day-to-day work of junior level employees, but will not typically have formal management role.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

We are looking for candidates who bring the following:

• 1–4 years of experience in banking operations or a related financial services environment
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• Proven track record of customer prioritization and service excellence — you put the client at the center of everything you do
• Intermediate English level or above — able to communicate clearly and confidently in a professional setting
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a range of stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure — comfortable managing competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced banking environment
