Legal Management Group is hiring a Medical Billing Negotiator for onsite work in Guadalajara, Jalisco / Tijuana, Baja California. The role focuses on negotiating medical bills with providers and insurance to reduce expenses for clients, while maintaining accurate case documentation and productive tracking.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service or negotiation, strong communication skills, and the ability to work overnight onsite.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of customer service, collections, claims, account management, or negotiation experience.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable reviewing invoices, billing statements, and financial documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work onsite during the assigned night shift.

We are looking for a Medical Billing Negotiator who enjoys problem-solving, negotiating, and working with insurance and healthcare providers to reduce medical expenses. This role directly impacts our clients' financial recovery by ensuring medical bills are negotiated fairly and efficiently.
