Caterpillar in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León seeks a Civil/Facilities Engineer to plan, design, supervise civil works and facility services across sites, ensuring safety, compliance and cost-efficiency. You will collaborate with internal teams, service providers, and contractors while managing drawings, scopes, schedules, and documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and Advanced English, coordinating project inspections, preventive maintenance and handover.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Advanced English required for technical communication and documentation.
• Experience coordinating civil and facility projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Plans and oversees civil work, maintenance, grounds, drainage, roads, and parking areas.
• Develops drawings, scopes of work, cost estimates, specs, schedules, and docs.
• Leads construction, renovation, repair, inspection, commissioning, and handover of facility projects.
• Assesses structural, architectural, and infrastructure issues; conducts root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensures compliance with codes, permits, environmental requirements, safety procedures, and standards.
• Coordinates stakeholders, service providers, suppliers, and contractors during project execution.
