Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking a Civil Engineer to join the Facilities team. The role focuses on ensuring safety and functionality of installations through multidisciplinary collaboration, robust civil design, and CAD documentation.

The position offers hybrid work with opportunities to leverage BIM and AI tools for efficient project delivery. You will work across industrial and commercial projects, translating design concepts into working drawings and supporting site surveys, Earthwork, and utility

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and active professional ID (Mexico) required.
Minimum two years of civil engineering experience.
Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D.
Fluent in English and Spanish for drafting and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Support the design and development of industrial and commercial projects with multidisciplinary teams.
Apply civil engineering fundamentals to full systems and site conditions.
Prepare construction documents and detailed drawings from criteria and examples.
Perform site layout, earthwork, utility routing, and stormwater design per codes.
Produce layouts for storm drainage and water networks for engineer review.
Address redlines and QA/QC comments and update as-recorded drawings.
Develop civil details, material selections, and organize project notes.
Execute CAD modeling with Civil 3D and AI-assisted workflows.
