Cummins Inc. Mexico is offering a student internship in Engineering based in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico.

The program targets enrolled university students for a 12-month on-site internship starting January 2027, with a focus on gaining exposure across multiple areas such as engineering, manufacturing, finance, purchasing, and HR. The internship provides a highly competitive monthly stipend, statutory benefits, workshops, language improvement, free meals and transport, and strong development

New internship positions will begin in January 2027 for 12-month projects.

To be considered for an internship at Cummins Mexico, you must remain enrolled at your university for the entire duration of your internship. Please check your enrollment dates.

The requirements are as follows:

• Availability for 1 year as an active student (enrolled in college through December 2027 ).
• Availability to work 7 hours in the mornin g, Monday through Friday.
• Must have a Federal Taxpayer ID ( RFC ).
• English proficiency: Basic to Intermediate (speaking, writing, and listening).
• A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
