Qualcomm is seeking an Engineering Technician in Baja California to perform chipset evaluation, troubleshoot complex circuits, and set up bench testing for production and software design.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or technical degree, can read/write technical English, and can lift up to 25 lbs. RF and digital circuit knowledge plus Backend ATE experience are preferred. The role requires 12-hour shifts and a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School diploma or technical school as required.
• Read and understand technical instructions written in English.
• Must be able to write reports in English.
• Experience with RF circuits and/or complex digital circuits preferred.
• Experience with Semiconductor Backend Automated Test Equipment (ATE) preferred.
• Familiar with MS Teams and Microsoft 365.

Responsabilidades

• Perform chipset evaluation based on engineering specifications.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical circuits and mechanical equipment related to chipset testing.
• Setup bench testing of chipsets and test equipment used in manufacturing and software design.
• Collaborate with engineering staff to perform tests and analyze results.
• Able to multitask across a 12-hour shift in a fast-paced environment.
