Formación

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design training solutions.
  • Monitor training program progress and provide reports.
  • Plan and manage training budgets for the USA and Mexico.
  • Provide support to learners throughout their training.
  • Serve as local leader for communications.
  • Develop regional training initiatives addressing operational challenges.
  • Manage trainee programs and relationships with local universities.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Training & Development within a medium or large company.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong leadership, proactivity, and accountability.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
