  • Contribute to Mexico revenue growth strategy by supporting distributor expansion.
  • Develop and execute distributors’ annual Digital and Traditional Marketing Plans.
  • Provide guidance on Ansell Brand Identity and product information.
  • Manage Leads Flow and support Portfolio & NPDs.
  • Oversee A&P Administration and manage assigned budget.

Ansell is looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist to join our team in Queretaro!

  • Contribute to Mexico revenue growth strategy by supporting distributor expansion.

  • Develop and execute distributors’ annual Traditional Marketing Plan:

    • Visit distributors quarterly to set goals and follow up.

    • Coordinate participation in face-to-face exhibitions or events with Sales Teams.

    • Collaborate with the Digital Team to promote events via email or social media (as applicable).

  • Develop and execute distributors’ annual Digital Marketing Plan:

    • Update distributor web pages using RCM tool.

    • Plan and maintain a digital marketing calendar.

    • Create social media assets and prepare monthly performance reports.

    • Analyze results to evaluate digital plan progress and website branding compliance.

  • Provide guidance on Ansell Brand Identity, including technical product information and imagery.

  • Establish strategies to improve product information and customized catalogs for distributor sales teams.

  • Implement incentive programs when applicable.

  • Draft and manage distributor communications, including price updates, portfolio news, and strategies.

  • Manage Leads Flow:

    • Set up leads in Salesforce Marketing Campaigns related to T2.

    • Monitor opportunities from websites and events, reporting monthly on progress.

  • Support Portfolio & NPDs:

    • Coordinate distributor sales team training to position Ansell products.

    • Manage NPD launches, promotions, and rejuvenation.

    • Analyze product rotation and implement SKU rationalization for slow movers, excess inventory, and expired items.

  • Oversee A&P Administration:

    • Manage assigned budget and create credit notes with Finance and distributor teams.
