Ansell is looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist to join our team in Queretaro!
Contribute to Mexico revenue growth strategy by supporting distributor expansion.
Develop and execute distributors’ annual Traditional Marketing Plan:
Visit distributors quarterly to set goals and follow up.
Coordinate participation in face-to-face exhibitions or events with Sales Teams.
Collaborate with the Digital Team to promote events via email or social media (as applicable).
Develop and execute distributors’ annual Digital Marketing Plan:
Update distributor web pages using RCM tool.
Plan and maintain a digital marketing calendar.
Create social media assets and prepare monthly performance reports.
Analyze results to evaluate digital plan progress and website branding compliance.
Provide guidance on Ansell Brand Identity, including technical product information and imagery.
Establish strategies to improve product information and customized catalogs for distributor sales teams.
Implement incentive programs when applicable.
Draft and manage distributor communications, including price updates, portfolio news, and strategies.
Manage Leads Flow:
Set up leads in Salesforce Marketing Campaigns related to T2.
Monitor opportunities from websites and events, reporting monthly on progress.
Support Portfolio & NPDs:
Coordinate distributor sales team training to position Ansell products.
Manage NPD launches, promotions, and rejuvenation.
Analyze product rotation and implement SKU rationalization for slow movers, excess inventory, and expired items.
Oversee A&P Administration:
Manage assigned budget and create credit notes with Finance and distributor teams.
