You will monitor systems, coordinate incidents, protect assets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive security improvements. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in security, with fluent English and MS Office, are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in security operations, CCTV monitoring, or asset protection.
• Experience working in a CCTV control room environment.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, alarm systems, and monitoring platforms.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Intermediate to Advanced English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the CCTV room, ensuring effective monitoring and incident response.
• Support asset protection activities through CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other security platforms.
• Coordinate security incidents, investigations, and follow-up actions.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures, monitor system performance, and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen security awareness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
