Sanhua International Europe S.L. in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico, seeks a Security Coordinator to oversee daily CCTV operations and support the implementation of security strategies.

You will manage the CCTV room, assist with asset protection, coordinate incidents, and ensure compliant reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates hold a security-related bachelor's degree, 2–4 years in CCTV/security roles, English at intermediate+. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in security operations.
• Experience working in a CCTV control room environment.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, alarm systems, and monitoring platforms.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Intermediate to Advanced English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Security Coordinator

• Support asset protection activities through CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other security platforms.
• Coordinate security incidents, investigations, and follow-up actions.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures, monitor system performance, and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen security awareness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in security operations, CCTV monitoring, or asset protection.
• Experience working in a CCTV control room environment.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, alarm systems, and monitoring platforms.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Intermediate to Advanced English.
