Johnson Controls in Monterrey seeks a CCB Leader to oversee technical and commercial aspects of diverse projects within the contract engineering team. You will be the primary customer contact from order receipt through design to completion.

Your responsibilities include reviewing job specifications, guiding builds and testing, and leading the team to meet objectives while supporting planning and resource allocation and mentoring team members.

Formación

• Must exhibit strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for manuals, test schedules, and quality procedures.
• Proven ability to manage project profitability and resources.

Responsabilidades

• Reviewing job specifications and designing tailored solutions.
• Overseeing project build and testing phases.
• Leading the team to meet departmental and project objectives.
• Supporting the Contracts Manager with planning, resource allocation, and resolving commercial issues.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to foster skill and knowledge development.
