CBS HRIS PROCESS ANALYST

MISSION

Responsible for the integrity of the data by creating, updating, removing data values in the system applications (Workday) in compliance with the related governing rules. This position will be responsible for validating business processes within the HCM system, ensuring standards are respected and that related information and system tools are properly used by internal partners.

In addition to this, provide support for HR, managers and Michelin employees in general for Canada, Mexico and the United States, about processes related to the personnel lifecycle as Michelin employees.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
  • Verifies accuracy and consistency of the data entered into the system, ensuring data compliance and appropriate security protection
  • Analyses impact on other processes and coordinates actions, if relevant
  • Ensures that data providers respect the data processing procedures and alerts them in the event of non-correct data. Identifies rejections and manages corrections in the information system
  • Analyses problems and issues
MAIN ACTIVITIES
  • Understand and conform to policies for treatment of PII (Personal Identifying Information)
  • Validate the data entered by internal partners, respecting standards and rules
  • Provide assistance via email, telephone, chat or other channels in problem solving related to business processes
  • Recommend procedural changes (process improvements) if necessary
  • Communicate to the next levels issues and requests from internal partners outside the scope according to position responsibilities and the security role in the system
  • Resolve requests assigned to the project in JIRA and Service Now
  • Deliver reports to internal partners and third-party organizations that satisfy their needs and standards; ensure consistency of the different reports
  • Notify the MDQM on any persistent non-quality data entered
  • Ensure compliance with information treatment procedures by internal partners
  • Ensure the accuracy of the interface between HCM and downstream processes
  • Investigate and escalate Michelin ID and email issues
