  • Carrier Performance & Milestone Tracking: Direct daily track-and-trace workflows across global logistics providers, tracking core service metrics (tender acceptance, on-time pickup, and on-time delivery) to drive carrier accountability.

  • Cross-Border & Customs Operations Coordination: Partner with ocean carriers, forwarders, customs agents, and local drayage providers to ensure timely shipping documentation, export/import clearances, and compliant border crossings.

  • Transit Risk & Exception Management: Detect supply chain disruptions, transit delays, and port/border congestion in real time, executing agile rerouting and contingency plans while keeping Supply Planning (SNP) and Plants informed.

  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with Order-to-Invoice (O2I), Warehousing, and Manufacturing teams to balance container flows, avoid port demurrage/detention costs, and maintain delivery window accuracy.

  • Continuous Process Improvement: Analyze transit lead times, freight variances, and operational exceptions to eliminate administrative friction and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across CBS logistics.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2+ years in international freight coordination, transportation planning, or import/export logistics operations.

  • Trade & Logistics Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping documentation, and customs processes.

  • Systems & Platforms: Hands-on experience withTMS (Transportation Management Systems) or SAP, along with intermediate-to-advanced use of Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Languages: Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written) for international cross-functional collaboration and carrier management.

Desired Qualifications
  • Business Intelligence & Analytics: Experience creating logistics tracking dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI, Domo, or Looker Studio.

  • Carrier Negotiation & Influence: Proven interpersonal and negotiation capabilities to resolve operational deadlocks and manage vendor relationships.

  • Leadership & Culture Alignment: Demonstrated agility, proactive cross-functional communication, and alignment with corporate leadership principles (LIFT).
