The position monitors carrier service-level agreements (SLAs), drives freight cost-saving initiatives (consolidation, backhauls), and collaborates cross-functionally with Warehousing, Customer Service, and Planning to resolve in-transit disruptions and elevate end-to-end supply chain visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation Planning & Multi-Modal Routing: Design, schedule, and execute daily shipment plans aligned with plant capacities and customer orders, leveraging optimal multi-modal routing strategies (FTL, LTL, milk runs, cross-dock) to maximize asset utilization.

Cross-Functional Synergy & TMS Master Data: Partner daily with Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, and Demand Planning to align shipping schedules, maintaining transportation master data integrity within SAP TM to ensure reliable analytics and automated reporting.
