Citigroup Inc. is seeking an intermediate Cash & Trade Proc Intmd Analyst to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing in coordination with the Transaction Services team.

You will research, analyze, and resolve issues for Latam Trade and Corporate clients, contributing to high-quality delivery. The role covers pre-transaction advisory, transactional processing, and post-transaction support within a global operation.

Formación

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in a related trade/cash operations role and/or customer services.
• Knowledge of CDCS is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate entry inquiries and cases related to Cash and Trade products.
• Prepare audit certification letters and respond to client queries.
• Support NTB client onboarding and documentation guidance.
• Monitor end-to-end transaction processing for accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and review metrics to improve processing efficiency and control.
• Educate clients on system alerts and digitization to enhance STP.
