Provide direction and guidance to business partners to enable the best information technology solutions that meet business needs. The role bridges the gap between business partners and technology solution providers. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure Sigma's execution capabilities are agile, effective, and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.

Strategic Business / Business Technology

  • Attend initiatives and demand project portfolios related to Information Technology solutions.
  • Stay informed of internal and external best practices (Benchmarking) and use industry standards to guide investment decisions.
  • Provide consulting services to diverse business areas, identifying and proposing industry best practices.
  • Support IT in analyzing and designing technological tools that enable core processes, ensuring these tools meet business requirements.
  • Act as Project Manager for projects related to processes and technological solutions.
  • Analyze and develop proposals for organizational structures.
  • Execute project activities according to the project methodology, acting as a solution delivery lead when appropriate.
  • Assist in managing relationships with process vendors, if needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Business Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, serving as a liaison between IT and the business.
  • Communicate IT strategy and value to business partners.
  • Challenge customer requirements to identify better technology solutions.
  • Evaluate business partner satisfaction and take actions to improve relationships.
  • Support relationship management with process vendors, if needed.
