Vertiv is seeking a Commodity Manager to own $50M–$100M in annual Capex and facilities spend across manufacturing sites in the Americas. You will drive strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and measurable cost savings while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in procurement or category management, with experience in multi‑million‑dollar spend and strong negotiating skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, International Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management.
• Experience managing or supporting multi‑million‑dollar ($10M+) Capex or indirect spend categories
• Proven ability to deliver measurable results (cost savings, cost avoidance, cash flow impact)
• Skilled in strategic sourcing, RFx, supplier negotiations, and spend analytics

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Capex procurement: strategy, RFx, negotiation, and contracting
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned to cost, timeline, and business goals
• Leverage analytics, market intelligence, and cost modeling to identify savings and efficiency opportunities
• Build and manage supplier relationships for performance, continuity, and competitive pricing
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver critical projects on time and on budget
