Joyson Safety Systems is seeking a CAD Engineer to create drawings and 3D models for new products and engineering changes. You will ensure the CAD data is accurate and available in our systems, supporting manufacturing and certification processes.

Requirements: professional engineering degree, minimum 2 years in a CAD role, experience with NX or CATIA, GD&T, and strong English communication. You will collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to meet deadlines and drive continuous

• Professional degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with NX and/or CATIA CAD software; GD&T knowledge.
• Experience with engineering drawings and international drawing standards.
• Intermediate–Advanced English.

Position Summary

Responsible for creating drawings and three‑dimensional models of new products, engineering changes, corrections, design studies, CAD system translations, and prints. Ensures that all product data within the JSS database is developed effectively, clearly, and in accordance with required methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear engineering designs with high quality standards for manufacturing.
• Verify that all drawings contain complete and accurate engineering information.
• Provide CAD support to other departments as needed.
• Prepare engineering documentation for product certification.
• Contribute ideas that positively impact the team and support continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities in engineering development and report them promptly to internal customers.
• Collaborate effectively under tight customer deadlines.
• Advance proficiency in CAD software to the next level.

Job Profile

• Education: Professional degree
• Preferred Specialization: CAD, Automotive industry
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Technical Knowledge:
  • CAD software (NX, CATIA)
  • Engineering drawing and international drawing standards
  • Measurement tools
  • GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
• Languages: Intermediate–Advanced English
