Softtek busca un Business Transformation Manager - Insurance para liderar proyectos de transformación en el área de seguros. Requiere experiencia en seguros y consultoría, sólida formación actuarial/estadística y fuerte gestión de proyectos.

Se valoran habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente. El rol implica liderar despliegues de proyectos EB Partners, coordinar pasos del proyecto, soporte a UAT y gestión del cambio, con presencia en CDMX y colaboración estrecha con equipos locales

Formación

• 5–10 años de experiencia en seguros
• Experiencia en consultoría es un plus
• Formación académica: actuarial/estadística con modelado técnico
• Habilidades de gestión de proyectos
• Alta orientación al cliente y buen nivel de inglés

Responsabilidades

• Liderar la implementación y despliegue de proyectos EB Partners
• Coordinar pasos del proyecto: especificaciones, SIT/UAT, priorización y reportes
• Conectar diariamente con el equipo del proyecto EB Partners para feedback y prioridades
• Soporte a UAT local y gestión del cambio en soluciones desplegadas
• Coordinación con equipos de TI locales y EB Partners para integraciones
• Gestión de incidencias en producción y reporting BI

BUSSINES TRANSFORMATION MANAGER SR

• 5 to 10 years of experience in insurance. An experience in consulting is a plus.
• Academic background: actuarial/statistics with technical modelling background
• Strong project Management skills
• A strong interest on Technical excellence and actuarial Soft skills
• High Customer orientation
• Good organization and communication
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Team player
• Advance level in English

You will be in charge of several underwriting and technical projects , on which you will have the responsibility of rolling out technical solutions according to the needs and requirements of the entity client. Your role will encompass three main components:

• Lead the implementation and successful roll-out of EB Partners projects
• Well coordinate the different steps of the projects: Document specifications, Coordinate local SIT and UAT, help priorization, reporting of progress metrics , support in Opco/steerco meetings coordination.
• Well make the link with EB Partners project team on daily basis : share the main feedbacks, help prioritize the work, share any blocking points – to ensure a good reactivity and the right level of informatin.

• Support local UAT phases ; with a good knowledge of insurance products and processes and being trained as well on EB Partners processes and solutions
• Support Training and change management process on deployed solution
• Coordinate with local IT Teams and EBP Teams on topics requiring integrations : our solutions are connected to ecosystem and there will be evolutions in the coming weeks/months on this that needs to be strongly coordinated and monitored.
• Support current solutions in production : Incident management in link with Mexico BAU team, Regular BI & Reporting
• Overall projects coordination with the different meeting : daily, weekly status point, bi weekly opco, Monthly STC – planning & Status updates, key messages, arbitration points, production KPIs etc
• As part of digital transformation project, you will need to review and provide Consultancy support/insights around the book of requirements provided by the client and covering :
• Offer definition and product design
• Underwriting process & Guidelines
• Pricing review for New Business Quotation and Renewal including different modelling methods: GLM, machine learning approach… Also pricing model analysis and review as part of digitalization of quotation process.
• Data/analytics for different use cases : commercial, profitability improvements, pricing, claims etc.

LOCATION: Felix Cuevas, CDMX. On-site at the client's office 3 days per week
